Yes — we ship across Australia and to nearby countries, with reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly. To cancel or make changes, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other common payment methods available at checkout.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sale events or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method. Typically, orders arrive within 4–10 business days (for Australia & NZ). International deliveries may take longer.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 calendar days after dispatch, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please reach out to our support team to start the investigation.

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply in your country. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not cover or refund these charges.
What if the item I received is incorrect, defective, or damaged?
If you receive a product that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately via email. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.
